You can purchase individual tickets, pairs of tickets, or purchase an entire table to guarantee you’ll sit with your friends. You can also sponsor a ticket for a teacher or donate to the cause if you’re not able to make it. Click here for details.
How to assign tickets to friends/family:
When you purchase:
After you purchase tickets, you’ll be prompted to “Provide Guest Information below”.
If you know who is attending with you, enter their name/email/phone number where it says, “EDIT GUEST INFORMATION”.
If you don’t know who is joining you, no worries. You can enter the information later.
Assigning tickets later:
Find your confirmation email with the subject line, “Thank You From Roots Community School”.
Scroll down to the light blue button: “Provide Guest Information”
Scroll down to the green button: “Edit Guest Information”
Enter your guest’s name, email, & phone number.
They will receive an email with their unique, secure link for Sky’s The Limit Soiree. (Tell them to search for that subject line if they can’t find the email.)
They will use this unique event to view auction items and sponsorship opportunities. The system also prompts them to preauthorize their card to participate.
